Data Deletion Instructions

If you want to request deletion of the personal data that Moda Xpress has 
collected about you through our Instagram and Facebook automated customer 
service, please email us at support@modaxpressonline.com with the subject 
line "Data Deletion Request" and include the Facebook or Instagram username 
associated with your messages.

We will process your request within 30 days and confirm the deletion by 
email. Data we delete includes your message history with our automated 
assistant, any conversation logs, and any associated identifiers stored 
for customer service purposes.
