Moda Xpress Rewards is the loyalty program for Moda Xpress shoppers. It's free to join and members earn points on every purchase. The more you shop, the more rewards you can unlock! Best of all, becoming a Moda Xpress Rewards member is completely free.

Moda Xpress Rewards is a loyalty program offered to ModaXpress.com account holders. You must be a United States resident and at least 18 years of age to participate in the Moda Xpress Rewards program. Moda Xpress determines United States residency based on your shipping address, so you will not earn points for any orders shipped to an address that is not located in the United States. If you have a shipping address outside of the United States, but are a United States resident, please contact the Moda Xpress customer service team at support@modaxpressonline.com to determine eligibility.

In order to join Moda Xpress Rewards program, just click “Sign Up”. Once you have done it, you are welcome to participate in all actions we have prepared for you to earn points.

You earn 1 point for every $1 you spend on qualified purchases, minus discounts, returns, taxes, and fees. There's no limit to how many points you can rack up! You can also earn extra points by signing up for the Moda Xpress newsletter and following on social media. Just remember to be logged into your Moda Xpress account at checkout so your purchases are credited. The more you shop with Moda Xpress, the more rewards you'll unlock. It's our way of thanking loyal customers!

You receive points for a purchase 30 days after your qualifying order ships. During this 30-day period, points for the order will show as pending. If your order ships in multiple shipments, you will receive points 30 days after the last item ships. Orders may ship separately. The points will appear in your account 30 days after the final shipment from your order is sent. Points earned for sharing and/or signing up will show up in your account right away.

It’s very simple and straightforward. Just click on "Rewards" tab and you will see the list of all discounts you can redeem your points for. Minimum redemption is 100 points. Every 100 points you earn is equivalent to $5 discount. Points do not have any cash value and can only be redeemed in form of discounts on new orders. Unused points expire after 180 days.

Points are based on the amount you pay after discounts and coupons are applied. You earn 1 point for every $1 spent on qualified purchases excluding returns, taxes, and fees. For example, if your order total is $100 but you used a $20 coupon, you would earn 80 points. Points are calculated based on the final amount you are charged, after any discounts or promo codes.

If you make a purchase without logging into your Moda Xpress account, you will not earn points for that order. Points cannot be added retroactively after an order is placed. To earn Moda Xpress Rewards points, make sure to log into your account before checking out. This ensures that all eligible purchases are properly credited to your account. Points cannot be earned if you checkout as a guest. So remember to sign in to your Moda Xpress account first for all purchases in order to earn rewards!

Here are some ways to earn points with the Moda Xpress Rewards program:

- Shopping for your favorite styles is the fastest way to rack up points.

- Creating a Moda Xpress account will earn you 50 points.

- Signing up for emails and texts from Moda Xpress will earn 20 points.

- Following Moda Xpress on social media like Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat will earn 10 points.

- Sharing Moda Xpress on your Facebook will earn 10 points.

- Adding your birthday to your Moda Xpress account will earn 100 points.

- Reviewing your purchase will earn 10 points.

The Moda Xpress team is always adding new and creative ways for loyal customers to earn points! Shopping is the main way to accumulate rewards, but be sure to take advantage of all the opportunities to gain extra points.

Moda Xpress Rewards accounts are personal and non-transferable. Each customer can only have one Moda Xpress Rewards account associated with their name and email address. Accounts cannot be merged or linked with other accounts. Orders and points earned are tied to the specific account used at checkout. It is against policy to assign orders or points to a different account after purchase. Moda Xpress Rewards and associated benefits are meant only for individual customer purchases and not for reselling items commercially. The program rules prohibit sharing accounts across multiple people or transferring points between accounts. To maintain fairness, each person must have their own separate Moda Xpress Rewards membership.

If you are missing points, first check your Rewards History on the loyalty program page and your Order History to verify the order's status. It can take up to 30 days after an order ships for the points to appear. If you returned the entire order, it will not qualify for points. If it has been over 30 days or the order should have qualified but you are still missing points, please contact the Moda Xpress Customer Service team at support@modaxpressonline.com for help. Our team can investigate and add any missing points owed to your account if there was an error. Just get in touch with us to resolve any issues with missing rewards.

To participate, share your unique referral links found on the Moda Xpress Rewards page with friends via email, direct link sharing, Facebook, or Twitter. An eligible friend for referral is: (a) a U.S. resident over 18 years old; (b) someone who has never shopped at ModaXpress before; and (c) not an employee of Moda Xpress.

When you successfully refer a friend, they will receive a coupon for their first qualifying order over $75. There is a limit of 1 coupon per referred friend. Your friend must be a new Moda Xpress customer who makes a minimum purchase to trigger the coupon. Referral coupons are a great perk to invite friends to try shopping at Moda Xpress!
